Planning notes · Getting started
What to share before we design your journey
You do not need a finished itinerary to start. A few useful details help us understand what matters to you and turn a first conversation into a direction for your journey.

Your destination and reason to travel
Tell us whether you already have a destination in mind or are choosing between ideas. Add what drew you to the trip: food and wine, beauty and design, rest, time outdoors, or a combination. One experience you are looking forward to can be more useful than a long list of places.
Dates, duration, and who is coming
Share your possible dates and how flexible they are, along with the number of travelers and nights you have available. Mention different interests within your group and any mobility or practical needs that affect planning. You can describe what support you need without sending detailed medical information in your first message.
Your comfort preferences and budget
Describe what makes a stay comfortable for you, such as a convenient location, a quiet setting, or space to unwind. If you have a budget range, explain whether it is for the whole group or per person, and whether flights are part of it. If you are unsure, say so; the first conversation can help clarify priorities.
Send the brief, then continue on LINE
Use Design My Journey to share the essentials. After submitting, open LINE and send the inquiry reference shown on the confirmation screen to @uncharted. This connects the conversation with the brief you sent. If you are still exploring, you can start directly on LINE with a question or an idea.
Make it your journey
Share your dates, travel companions, and the experiences that matter to you. We will start with your priorities.
